Public Liability / Comprehensive General Liability (CGL)
Commercial General Liability (CGL) policy protects your business from financial loss
should you be liable for property damage or personal injury caused by your services, business operations or your employees.
This policy coverage provides protection against losses from the legal liability of insureds for bodily injury or property damage
to others arising out of non-professional negligent acts or for liability arising out of their premises or business operations.
Workmen’s Compensation Insurance (WCI)
Employers are legally obligated to take reasonable care to assure that their workplaces are safe.
Nevertheless, accidents happen. When they do, workers compensation insurance provides coverage.
Workers compensation insurance serves two purposes: It assures that injured workers get medical care and compensation
for a portion of the income they lose while they are unable to return to work and it usually protects employers from lawsuits by workers injured while working.
Employers Liability Insurance (ELI)
Employers Liability Insurance (ELI) policy protects your business from financial
loss should you be liable for bodily injury or sickness/diseases caused by the employer’s negligence to provide the necessary safety standards for the employees.
This policy provides coverage other than liability imposed on the insured by a workers compensation law.
Automobile Liability Insurance
Automobile Liability Insurance is an extended clause from the Commercial General policy or the Motor Vehicle Insurance, or could act as a stand-alone policy.
This policy acts as Financial protection for a driver who, while operating a vehicle, harms someone else or their property.
Automobile Liability Insurance only covers injuries or damages to third parties and their property, not to the driver or the driver’s property.
The two components of automobile liability insurance are bodily injury liability and property damage liability.
