INDONESIAN FIRE INSURANCE STANDARD POLICY Whereas the Insured named in the Schedule(s) hereto has made to the Insurers a written proposal which together with any other written statements being the basis of and incorporated in this Policy, now subject to the Insured having paid to the Insurers the premium mentioned in the Policy and subject to the terms, exclusions and conditions contained herein or endorsed hereon, the Insurers will indemnify the Insured in the manner and to the extent hereinafter provided against losses caused by the perils insured and described in the terms and conditions printed, attached and or stated in this Policy.

• FLEXAS
  This policy covers loss of or damage to property insured directly caused by :
  Fire, Lightning, Explosion impact of falling Aircraft and Smoke.
• Property/Industry All Risk (PAR/IAR)
  This policy covers loss of or damage to property insured directly caused by almost all kinds of losses which includes :
  Riots, strikes, earthquakes, volcano eruption, tsunami, flood, avalanche, storms, vehicle crash and theft.

Specially marketed for : Apartments and condominiums, malls and shopping districts, office buildings, hotels, hospitals, universities, colleges, newspaper publishing companies, water transportation, trains/railway stations, air transportation, telecommunication companies, broadcasting studios, factories, pulp and paper plantations, steel factories, tobacco plantations, coal mines, food and beverages factories, vehicle factories, cement factories, and many more.

With an increasing number of motor vehicles on the road, our vehicles are constantly and increasingly at risk of experiencing damages/losses. Intra Asia Insurance offers two types of insurance policies which provides financial protection to mitigate your losses :

• Comprehensive
  This policy covers loss of or damage to motor vehicles insured directly caused by :
  Fire, lightning, damage or loss occuring onboard a Ferry or any other means of crossing under the watch of the Directorate General of Land Transportation, traffic collissions and people’s misdeeds including robbery.
• Total Loss Only
  • Actual Total Loss
    A liability that occurs when the insured vehicle is lost or stolen and is unable to be found within 60 days since the incident occured.
  • Constructive Total Loss
    A liability that occurs when the insured vehicle has sustained damage with a fixing cost of equal to or more than 75% of the actual cost of the vehicle.

Additional Information : Intra Asia Insurance offers additional coverage for insured vehicles from floods, storms, earthquakes, tsunami, riots and strikes, terrorism and sabotage, Third Party Liability (TPL), Personal Accident (Passenger and driver) and Passenger Legal Liability (PLL).

• Public Liability / Comprehensive General Liability (CGL)
  Commercial General Liability (CGL) policy protects your business from financial loss should you be liable for property damage or personal injury caused by your services, business operations or your employees. This policy coverage provides protection against losses from the legal liability of insureds for bodily injury or property damage to others arising out of non-professional negligent acts or for liability arising out of their premises or business operations.
• Workmen’s Compensation Insurance (WCI)
  Employers are legally obligated to take reasonable care to assure that their workplaces are safe. Nevertheless, accidents happen. When they do, workers compensation insurance provides coverage. Workers compensation insurance serves two purposes: It assures that injured workers get medical care and compensation for a portion of the income they lose while they are unable to return to work and it usually protects employers from lawsuits by workers injured while working.
• Employers Liability Insurance (ELI)

What can be insured

Household equipment and personal equipment like computers, television, radios, or other household equipment, or special equipment like furniture or piano.
Every material that are insured must be given the details, such as : brand, type, manufacture year, purchase price, unit total. This details are essential both by customer and insurance party. Why? If there’s a break in the customer can claim the item type with specification like in insurance policy attachment and estimate the total loss.

What risks are insured

• Loss of materials because of theft preceded by violance or force or followed by building damage

Who need this product

Company or individual that has insured their building first with fire perils insurance. Building where the insured material is in can be in the form of house, office, public telephone, internet cafe, garment factory or other business place

Factors affect the premium rates

Location and the use of buildings; building condition like is it inhabited or mostly vacant, environment condition, loss because of robbery or demolition, type and value of insured material and the storage location inside the building

How to count insurance premium

Premium can be counted with formula = Total coverage money (JUP) x premium rates (in percent) for every one carriage

Bonding is a form of insurance or agreement that includes three party which are the first party is called Surety in this case is the insurance that published insurance for interest or requrest from second party called Principal that are bonded to fulfill an obligation that has been determined or agreed by the third party called Obligee. In those agreement has been agreed that if Principal failed in fulfilling their obligation to Obligee for what has been agreed, Surety will compensate those fee. Bonding products consists of Surety Bond and Customs Bond.

Custom Bond
