The transportation insurance policy guarantees losses caused by external events that cause damage to goods or goods not reaching their destination which causes losses. Insurance has the right to conduct a survey to ensure that there is no element of intent in the occurrence of claims and in accordance with the terms and conditions.

- Name of the Insured.
- Means of Transport.
- ETD.
- From and Destination.
- Insurance Price by attaching Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, and goods transported.
Other data required will be adjusted to the goods insured.
The type of transportation can be anything, except barges (case by case) and non-BKI ships.
